Warranty
One year warranty is applicable within 365 days of purchase of product; All Warranty Claims are subject to Devoko-approved inspections.
This warranty does not apply if furniture bought is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents. Warranty is limited to generally accepted care and maintenance.
Return
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Shipping Method
All orders will be shipped via GATI,SAFEEXPRESS,DELIVERY and DTDC. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Shipping Estimates & Notification :
1. We arrange the shipping within 3~7 business days, the transit time varies on customer's location to fulfillment center.
