Returns
1. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at support@devoko.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these criteria.

3. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-12 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refunds
1. Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.
