Refund & Return Policy

At Devoko Outdoor Furniture, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Returns

1. Return Request Window - Returns must be requested within 72 hours of delivery by emailing devokoindia@devoko.in . Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility

• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Devoko reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions

Refund ProcessingOnce the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–12 business days.

Replacement & Full Refund

1. Damaged or Defective Products

• Report immediately upon delivery
• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
• A feedback note must be written and handed to the courier partner
• Replacement will be arranged after verification

Replacement Timeline - Replacements for damaged items are offered within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items - Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cancellations

1. Before Dispatch - Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
2. After Dispatch / In Transit - If the order has been dispatched or is in transit:

• Both forward and return shipping charges will be deducted

The deduction will be made from the partial payment amount

Payment & Delivery Terms

1. Partial Payment - All orders require a 20% partial payment at the time of purchase.
2. COD / DOD Availability - COD may not be available in certain locations. In such cases, the DOD option can be selected. Customers will be pre-informed in advance.

1. Rope Furniture - Clean with mild soap and water, avoid excess moisture, and cover when not in use to prevent wear from sun and rain.

2. Wicker Furniture - Gently brush off dust, wash with soapy water, and protect from prolonged exposure to harsh weather to maintain durability.

3. Wooden Furniture - Wipe regularly with a soft cloth, avoid direct sunlight, and apply wood polish or sealant every 6–12 months for lasting shine.

4. Protect from Harsh Weather - Though made for outdoors, rope & wicker furniture should be shielded from direct sunlight and heavy rain using covers or by placing them in shaded areas.

5. Care for Cushions - Store cushions used on rope & wicker in a dry area when not in use. Wash covers regularly to prevent mildew and fading.

6. Inspect and Maintain - Check rope for fraying, wicker for unraveling, and wood for cracks or dullness.

1. Customers might incur extra shipping fees for deliveries to individuals residing on higher floors.

2. The precise measurements of the furniture may differ slightly, possibly by an inch or two, from the dimensions provided in the details.

3. If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, there will be no additional cost incurred. However, any cancellation made after this 24-hour period will result in a 5% charge of the purchase price.

4. Please note that customized orders cannot be returned. We offer replacements for damaged items within 7 days of delivery.

Pay 20% to place your order, and pay the remaining amount at the time of delivery. After full payment, the product will be handed over to you safely.
