Returns:

Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at support@devoko.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these criteria.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-12 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refunds:

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund. For us to accept your return appeal in such a case, make sure to always record the process of opening the package for us to retain video proof.
  • Write a feedback note in the above case and hand it to your courier partner.

Change of Mind:

  • If you’ve had a change of heart, you can return the unused and original item within 7 days for a refund. In this case, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
